Do we both need to pay for Snug Plus?
No — one subscription unlocks Snug Plus for both paired partners.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Snug. Subscriptions are
billed through Apple.
How do I delete my data?
In Snug: About us → Settings → "Delete everything." This permanently erases your
account and all data for good. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Does Snug work without pairing?
Yes. Snug works fully on your own device; pairing is optional and can be done
whenever you're ready.
